A Big Weekend
The Twilight Food Festival
It’s been a really big weekend in town!
The Twilight food festival was a big hit this year with loads of hungry people queuing up to taste all the scrumptious delicacies from around the world.
I couldn’t even pick a favourite, they were all awesome.
Merredin Community Show 2016
That was Friday night and then early on Saturday morning the Merredin Show float parade treated us to a spectacular peek of what was ahead at the showgrounds. ‘The Men’s Shed’ lead the parade, hot cars, and dressed floats accompanied them, Belly dancers, Army Cadets, stiltwalkers and lots more. I even saw Lora from Tyre Right throwing bags of lollies. 
This year was another very good Community Show with crafts on display that made me feel proud to live here, an awesome selection of stalls and lots of yummy food.
